CR YOU WANT: I Can Fix Them dynamics, either direction (he's a criminally inclined, morally paradoxical mess but he's surprisingly self-aware and overall Chaotic Good). With the LGBT mafia, he's done significant work for one such gang, is gay and most of his friends are some flavor of queer. Fellow infodumpers (ask him about cars and tech shit). How much capitalism sucks. Philosophical and religious discussions, particularly Catholicism and/or eastern religions like Buddhism and Shinto. Lessons (not formally educated). More friendships with female characters, please! He misses his besties Judy, Claire and Panam so fucking badly, and sometimes men just piss him the fuck off. CHARACTER BLURB: Born Robert John Linder, Johnny Silverhand was a well-known and influential rockerboy and the lead singer of the band Samurai before its disbandment in 2008. Silverhand, a military veteran who founded the rockerboy movement in Cyberpunk 2077, was the most visible figure fighting against the corrupt NUSA government and megacorporations, and he was frequently labeled a terrorist as a result. Despite his charisma and charm, he was notorious for being erratic, impetuous, and manipulative.

CR YOU WANT: Do think you can stomach one of Johnny Silverhand's anti-corpo, Arasaka rants? Think you can fix this cyberpsycho? Do you want to finally understand what the fuck "choom" or "input" means? Do you like the "found family" trope? Then step right up! Johnny is looking to make friends with folks now that he has calmed the fuck down a bit. Life is too short to be pissed off all the time, and Johnny is starting to reach out towards those he deems "safe."

Johnny is hoping to revitalize his old band SAMURAI again, so he's desperately looking for new members. He will positively die on the inside if he has to use AI in his music. Johnny isn't a fan of that idea, not at all. Also, does anyone know how to wield a sword well? Johnny is trying to get a new Elemental Sword and he never slotted any skill points into blades of katanas.

Most of the canon follows real-world history up until a certain point (like around the 1990s is were it gets all wacky)

PLANS & GOALS: SILVERHAND FINALLY BECOMES LESS OF AN ASSHOLE. That is my MAIN goal here. This man is so damn abrasive sometimes that I want to choke him out. Please help him become less of a walking censor bar. Every time this man talks, he's like %@#$%! I also would like to tap into his leadership qualities a bit more. Johnny has it in him to be a great leader if he wasn't so...self-absorbed.

CHARACTER BLURB: Kingpin and Mayor of Crime City takes everything too personally and goes on a revenge bid only to end up adopting a perfect princess who can do no wrong. (no) Raises a terrorist and is bent on "revolution" through violence and does so by distributing super soldier drugs and has weird opinions about power. Trusts nobody, hates everyone, and probably needs therapy. Will probably never get it willingly.

Vile, mean, and a catty bitch, Silco ain't here to make friends and will monologue at you. I'm sorry. He's a negative CR machine, and will absolutely never shut up.

CR YOU WANT: I love everything! BUT FOR SPECIFICS... I am always looking for negative CR and weirdly intense CR! I love people who can meet Silco at his most psychopathic, and also people who can push against his fucked up ideas of the world. He will step into shit and make enemies just like that, which is kind of where he is at his most comfortable. I do like having people that he can just be shitty with without abandon, as well as people who can challenge him (though he's incredibly stubborn, so this takes a LONG time) Silco really is here to be a salty normal guy trying to get a single hit on a Kaiju. It's funny, so I'm always down for it. I'm also always looking for other shady types to dig in with! I really would like to get more people that are less Morally Driven to do some shitty things together. You know. For the Good of The World.

As an aside, I've been participating in (And now running!) the Crime Player Plot started by Ly! Please let Mister Crime Lord help! I'm always willing to set up logs and help folks with working on these! Silco is kind of "running" the agency on the side that Elysium and Izou started, so there's space for plenty to get involved!! You can see the current log here to get involved! There's room for folks, and it's just getting started for the month so join on in!!

CR YOU CAN OFFER:
Manipulative CR - silco's a manipulative little shit and very uhhh... Ambitious and driven so he can manipulate with the best of them! That being said, while it can be self serving it can also horribly blow up in his face! It's fine he's used to it. He can work with teenagers and adults alike, and generally gravitates towards fellow Normal (no) Types.
Power Hungry - Silco will do anything for power, and I do mean (ALMOST) anything! Do you have a character that likes to manipulate the power hungry or get things from them in exchange? Silco is your guy! I'm always willing to work things out in that respect and silco can be very blind to that type of consequence until it's too late! So let's do it!
A Shady Guy - hey, he's literally the mayor of crime city, and runs a massive drug operation slash hopping club slash council of other drug kingpins called Chembarons. Silco exudes the general energy of a shitty guy, and he's Loud about it. Theres no shame in being a drug kingpin when you live in the underground I guess
Haters / if you need a Hater - Silco is a bitchy mean girl who hates everybody but he LIVES for grudges and negative CR. If you want a hater, he's your guy. If your character is a hater, we can mash barbies. It's always a coin toss whether or not silco will get along with a fellow bitch or not but I'm always excited to see where it goes! I'm always a fan of negative cr, so don't hesitate!

PLANS & GOALS: CRIME PLOT!!!!!!! That's my major goal at the moment, and where most of my focus outside of kaiju stuff is with Silco!

Also I guess he kinda did some SHIT last month in June, and I'm so down for consequences for that!! He attacked a bunch of outsiders, ODed Indiana Jones with shimmer, lost a hand, and was evil for a month. So you know, just his usual. :)

CHARACTER BLURB: Yugamu is a teenage assassin, recently recruited against his will to be one of 15 superpowered soldiers fighting for humanity's last hope. As you do. He's also an out and proud weirdo who thinks murder should be a romantic act and WILL tell you about all his weird violence perversions. Despite this he is genuinely a nice and kind boy who's shockingly well adjusted and loyal if you look past all that.

Also he can definitely have some negative cr. He is A Lot and he will respond to ill will in kind. Enemies!!!! You have to be OK with maybe being stabbed though.

Prone to punching first and asking questions later, though sometimes he will actually think things out before acting.

Raidou is the main protector of The Capital of Japan, saving it from existential supernatural threats of all kinds, mostly demons. He also has demons that he commands and fights alongside with like Megaten pokemon. Sadly, he has none here with him. He's a highly trained swordsman and marksman, and takes his job very seriously. Hailing from 1922, he lived a very sheltered life being trained from the time he could hold a sword, taken in as an orphaned infant by the Kuzunoha clan and raised to be a summoner.

Raidou is reserved and wary of new people at first, but warms up over time. At first he will be overly formal and polite, almost cold, but eventually you might get to see his more warm and playful side. He cares very deeply about helping others. Currently he doesn't have any demons here to use in battle, and he's come from a canon point where he's failed big time and thinks he's dead (he's not). He keeps very busy, a workaholic type, who can be found in the training rooms, library, or kitchen, or the shrine near the base.

PLANS & GOALS: Man idk but this kid came back from the Underworld just a little Different. Call it maturing, call it trauma, call it both. Maybe it'll smooth out but he's a little less quiet, a little less held back, a little less patient. Not so much looking for direction from others, slightly more expressive, a bit more stubborn, if that's even possible. He's got a nice new scar across his face to match. CHARACTER BLURB: copy/pasting from Syndata! Power is a blood fiend (a devil with blood powers who's taken over a human body) who was recruited/captured by Public Safety to fight other devils on behalf of humanity. She is an absolute gremlin with a huge chip on her shoulder, who is gradually being socialized and brought around by the Power of Friendship. She loves blood, cats, trash talking the human race, and being a menace. Picture a feral cat with devil horns, and you're halfway there.

He often appears like he's in a hurry and very few can understand just what is going on inside his head. During the events of the Lostbelt arc, he's Tezcatlipoca's boyfriend Master!

CR YOU WANT: Social people that can balance out Daybit's total lack of social skills! People who are just as asocial as he is, if not more! Villains and heroes are invited as well, so long as they're not too offended when Daybit cuts the conversation short and walks away because he's in a hurry for some reason.
CR YOU CAN OFFER: Daybit is... not a very social person. He's blunt and doesn't mince the few words he says, which can range from helpful to absolutely bizarre and even out of pocket, but always earnest. But he is very perceptive, and is lacking in malice. This doesn't mean he's very kind, though, at least outwardly.

He's also Tezcatlipoca's Master, so if anyone has heard about Daybit from him and want to file a complaint, well here he is!
PLANS & GOALS: Mainly get settled in! Daybit is someone that enjoys exploring, so I think that he would want to do as much of that during this rest period as possible. It'll also be interesting have him actually work together with others, as he is mainly a lone wolf due to his idiosyncrasies and abilities.

CHARACTER BLURB: In a world where superheroes (and villains) are the global society, with 80% of the world's population possessing a Quirk, a superpower ranging from lame to awesome, Bakugo is a student in Class 1-A at U.A. High School, training to become a Pro Hero & aiming to become the greatest hero in history. Adopting the hero name "Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight", Bakugo has proven to be one of the strongest students in Class 1-A, and in the entire new generation of upcoming heroes. A natural-born genius and gifted combatant, he utilizes the powerful and versatile Quirk, Explosion, which allows him to secrete nitroglycerin-like sweat from the palms of his hands and ignite it on command, creating strong explosions. Generally, Bakugo is not an easy person to get along with (crude, arrogant, short-tempered, aggressive) but his experiences in canon have humbled him and matured him to a calmer degree. Bakugo's from the end of his series now, having survived a big war in canon, but more detail would be very spoiler, so let's leave it at that.

CR YOU WANT: I'm totally open to anything, from positive CR to negative CR. Bakugo doesn't do "friends" (he won't admit it) so expect to be called "extras" until you gain his hard-earned respect. Rivalries and training partners are loved, as are people who can get past his aggressive shell and pester the heck out of him. It's not impossible to make friends with him, as he has plenty here, but he's stubborn about admitting it publicly. I'm even down for enemies if you want to make CR difficult when they inevitably get smashed together on missions.

CR YOU CAN OFFER: Most CR is going to start testy with him at first, though he'll view it as "required" since there are missions to do. Expect it to be militaristic and distanced for a while. That said, he's a hero, so he'll protect, save, fight, and win to get the job done with 100% undisputed victory. If you want someone talented to spar against or speculate/plan with, then Bakugo's someone to opt for on your team. If you don't mind the spikes. Or if you like poking proverbial explosive beehives on your downtime, come bother him... Here are some general prompts for Bakugo's life:

💥 Training. Martial arts, Quirk (superpowers), acrobatics, and occasional weapons. He's good for a spar with anyone, and can be cajoled into teaching, but you have to make it worth his time. Find him in the simulator when it gets up in running, or on the outskirts of the city.
💥 Cooking. Bakugo's an amazing cook and almost always makes his own meals rather than eating at the cafeteria or restaurants (latter's for going out with people). He doesn't like people cooking with him unless they prove they don't suck, so if you wanna learn from him, prepare for aggressive teaching.
💥 Studying. Bakugo takes self-taught classes at Neo Tokyo's university, so you can find him in the library reading or studying. He's a good tutor, albeit rough in lesson style, so if you wanna cram session with him about something, feel free.
💥 Informant. Bakugo's one of the original group, having been here since the very first batch of Outsiders. If you can put up with his blunt comments, he'll get you up to speed on most things you're curious about. Caution, he's very opinionated about some stuff.
💥 Plants. Bakugo routinely scours the areas outside Neo Tokyo for medical plants, specifically the pain killing kind. He has a collection of them in the greenhouse in Neo Tokyo and a nursery in Okinawa with Raidou's new greenhouse project. If you want to join him in collecting and cultivating, let me know.
💥 Recovery. Bakugo's currently healing from some serious injuries he earned in the war back home (and more from the last event in the Underworld), so regularly engages in passive physical therapy for his right arm. He just started active physical therapy, so if you wanna help him, well... you can ask?
💥 CR List. Bakugo's closest friends are Denji (boyfriend), Yuji (best friend), Raidou (close friend), Yato (close friend), Shouto (canonmate), Jinwoo (close friend), Vash (close friend), Kadaj (close friend). He lost a number of friends the past few months, but has accepted this trend. They're back home now.

PLANS & GOALS: Right now, Bakugo is recovering from his experiences in the Underworld the last month and a half. He's currently focusing on helping with the base repairs, the greenhouse projects in Neo Tokyo and Okinawa, Yato/Hiyori's wedding, and his friends' well-being. Essentially he's on "chill" mode for the month, as much as Bakugo can ever "chill" in anything. Plus it's summer and hot as balls, so he's both enjoying and griping about it.
NOTE: If any newcomers or veterans are looking for a full-time steady job, there's always openings on the police force. Currently, Bakugo, Denji, Yato work on the police force (if I'm missing anyone, gomen!) and they'd be happy to employ other Outsiders.

CHARACTER BLURB: Big Brother Complex meets Cryptid. Choso is the guy you’ll find in the hallways at 2am like he’s standing in for the local sleep paralysis demon. If you look sideways at Itadori Yuji there might be a Problem, but that’s an issue for future him (and you). He is an avid cat fan even if none of the normal animals in the city will tolerate his presence.

In battle, he’s a brick shithouse made primarily out of blood and insanity. Don’t… don’t eat the blood. If there is a substance in Neo Tokyo that is detrimental to health, it’s Choso’s curse blood. Don’t do it. But maybe do, because it might be hilarious.
