[ Bakugo's conjecture is the more realistic interpretation of their actions. But, still... to have such control over spacetime. Not even the Aeons are capable of that, though some are certainly capable of predicting the future such that they can act at the appropriate times.

How was it that this planet could be so woefully primitive in interstellar travel yet have something as advanced as this? This is something he's not sure he can present to the IPC. Though they may be followers of Qlipoth committed to doing good, they are a for-profit interstellar corporation with far too much power in their hands. He must assess the dangers of the technology and decide whether or not it can be unveiled to the interstellar community at all.

I see. If there are some that wish to remain here, then they ought to have the freedom to do so. But without understanding the principles behind LILITH's technology, we cannot be sure if that is safe or possible. They are most certainly factors we are unaware of factoring into LILITH's decisions to summon and send back Outsiders.
