[ Humans are often paradoxical in nature, though there is usually rationale behind it. It's something he has learned to accept and work around when dealing with any individual. Even he is not without his faults.

If Ratio had known what Bakugo knows, he would be more firm in lowering the possibility of LILITH murdering Outsiders. He wouldn't strike it out as an impossibility, coming from a world where there is a whole faction that can manipulate memories, but the chances would be much lower.

That would be the most reasonable assumption. They may also be choosing to retire certain individuals in consideration of their mental health. Most, I imagine, do not want to be separated from their homes for long.

[ That would be a generous interpretation of their actions. And Ratio can understand why they might want to keep cycling through Outsiders. It would also protect the organization from being attacked by one of them should they be concealing discontent for too long.

Perhaps he should be wary of being sent home quickly as well. The longer he stays here, the greater the chance he will decode their summoning technology. And once that is known to him, he will have a way to return here even if he is sent back.
