[ Awe had been in incredibly lacking supply in his home. The small ones made their machines to fight alongside or challenge him in equal measure, the other Titans oft needed putting in their place, the Great Apes were back in force, partially thanks to him which was an irony he was painfully aware of. No the last time there was true awe, true respect from a human, was the one who died so he may live.

He missed it. Why shouldn't he? He was King once. Not here of course, not any more, just a member of a larger pack fighting for the same goal. But would there be harm in indulging his pride just a little? This small one might even appreciate it with how taken he is in Godzilla's nature!

Godzilla draws back and straightens, bringing himself to his full height. Brilliant pink light flashes through his body, lighting his spines, gills, and eyes. His tail whips behind him, the spikes along its tip whistling through the air. A rumble issues from his throat, a subsonic echo that's more felt echoing in the chest than really heard. The ones who could understand that call are an entire world away but the alpha signal is as much a part of his being as his name, it seems only right for a grand introduction. ]

I am Godzilla, king of the surface world.

[ The neon pink light show subsides along with the call in his throat. Once more he leans forward, offering Laios his hand, this time his mouth parting to slightly show his teeth. He's trying to smile, bless him, the expression doesn't translate well onto his features. ]

Or I was before being called, now I am an equal, a friend. A friend who would know your name in turn, if you will share it.
