I've never been there, so I don't know. But from what I do know, the human realm seems a lot different. Titan's blood is available in demon realm, because... well, the remains of the Titan is there. [ he can probably hear the capital "t" in that sentence, because the titan is basically their god ]

The demon realm doesn't just have demons in it, there are witches and other beings. Mostly witches.
