Given where they were from the start, and the two secret tunnels they took, it would likely have led the to this place right here... Having to trace through a general map isn't the easiest thing, given it's lacking in detail and the interior structures as expected, but it works for a grasp at their location.
The way Denji talks about Aki and what he says about him give Bakugo the feeling "best friend" is what Denji considers the swordsman. He questioned the half-devil at one point about their relationship back home, though only out of curiosity since he'd just learned Denji was rooming with Aki back then too. But... despite the issues between them at the end... yeah.]
