Luckily, despite some limitations, his Quirk is still mostly intact and strong enough to content with the bugs. He offers Shoto a nod to indicate that he understood his message before taking off with a leap towards the grouping of bugs. Blackwhip manifests around him right as the bugs take notice of their new opponent, and Izuku doesn't hesitate to send his black tendrils out to smack them down.

That leaves Shoto with the civilian rescue, but Izuku is sure that his friend is more than up to the task.
