[ It's absurd, really. Everything he says is a mirror of what she feels as well. She doesn't have to pretend to like other people. She doesn't have to pretend she's working for the greater good. She's just trying to survive, and protecting the humans that live on this planet is just a part of that. Even protecting them is just a side effect of protecting the earth itself. He doesn't judge her, doesn't try to correct her opinions of humanity, but instead understands and listens. The only person she can truly relax around without having to put up some kind of mental or emotional barrier.
