Typically, only the World can summon them but Mages have derived a ritual that allows us to bring them here by containing them in different Classes. I imagine what brought us here is similar to that.
Trying to summon Ereshkigal without a proper catalyst will just end in you getting someone else at best and failure at worst, provided we can even summon her back from where she's been sent to. And doing it without proper preparation and protection is dangerous, especially if you accidentally summon a Berserker. Your mana is also different enough from what the ritual typically uses that there likely be other side effects as well.
