▶ WELCOME!

Hello Outsiders, and welcome to this month’s CR meme, as well as OOC intro post for characters who applied this round.

Below are a couple of announcements, along with a schedule of upcoming events.

▶ Please do not forget that moving forward, there will be activity check every month - starting with this month of January. We have also linked the AC page for you here if you want to submit your AC early.

▶ There will be a team mingle going up on January 15th that will serve as our monthly event. Players who find themselves lacking things to do are always welcome to make use of the game setting to post their own open logs
▶ You may have noticed changes in dates as the game has progressed. We ask for your patience as we iron out details to find a schedule that fits our ideal game pace.
▶ As a reminder, the game's schedule is bimonthly, with first month focusing on CR building opportunities, and the second being on fighting kaiju. So beginning with this month, January will be focused on CR building, and the next month, February will be the kaiju fight.

Any questions regarding the above information can be directed towards the FAQ or MOD CONTACT.

i know there is a mingle coming up on the 15. I'm hoping it is action-based because I want denji to see bakugou's quirk for reasons.

He's got the make him bring out his chainsaws for future simulation battles, once he finds out he has them and can regenerate from those kinds of wounds. Give him his all or don't bother showing up to sim training! (Unless Denji wants to train in crowd control and/or hiding like a lazy coward.)

awesome! we'll have a great time as always! any prefs on training? basic martial arts? first time seeing chainsaws in a sim? assume they've already had first times and go from there? oh we did want denji to see baku's quirk so maybe a first time thread...

it will be more of— teaching him control? denji has never done 'training' before in a sense that didn't involve him being killed or killing in return. he's either going to be too soft or too feral, so bakugou can help him be in control more. to fight without self-sabotage. so, that's something bakugou will pick up on, whether it's during their training or when they fight monsters. i'll leave that to you!

oh wonderful. teaching the boy self-control. DON'T KILL HUMANS!! but that won't be a problem in this place (so far we think) so perhaps it'll be more making sure denji's not just wrecking himself mid fight. the soft vs feral is a good way of putting it. perhaps they'll start with martial arts just so denji can get an idea of controlled fighting. we'll see what the mingle brings and then decide on that "whether" based on that!
