Truthfully, the King of Heroes might not even mind being underground (the Underworld is, after all, his backyard) or the stasis fluid, but, as a decisively solitary figure, being crowded amongst these other beings (summons?) does not suit him whatsoever. The overall effect is a sort of anonymity which he rather despises... and that's to say nothing of the surgical table, or being the topic of some base discussion.
Gilgamesh pushes aside arms and legs and manages to get away as much as he can, standing in the fluid. As the pool is mostly drained, it does not even rise to the waist. Moreover, he appraises the fact that he is entirely without clothing of any sort... but that is perfectly fine. In fact, that is perhaps impeccable. After all, the freedom from clothing is the revelation of one's true self. And even if there are other confines here, it is good for a body to be without those. ]

Chaldean Servants? ... at a glance, he spies a woman, or perhaps a man, wearing a Hello Kitty matching bra and panties, but... no one with whom he is familiar. Yet.
Any visitors might encounter Gilgamesh in this moment, or they might [be un/fortunate enough to?] encounter Gilgamesh after the subsequent donning of the yukata. As far as he's concerned, the clothing of Japan suits him perfectly well, though this color does not. At this juncture, he must necessarily grumble and express indignation at the drab color, but then -- ah, an explanation for this summoning? About time. ]

He will even condescend to do so for free -- though, well, his nature is one that inherently amasses gold and riches, even if his present condition is that of a pauper, there is no concern -- but he will accept payment in acknowledgment, perhaps the written continuation of his Epic... ]

It is perhaps curious that the timeline is beyond the era of the would-be incineration of humanity, but then, this had been a crisis Chaldea sought to avert, and, moreover, Gilgamesh is by no means unfamiliar with the concept of parallel worlds and timelines -- of which he simply presumes the current to be one.
Japanese architecture is not without its merits, though of course he would argue that his own Sumerian style continues to be the pinnacle of aesthetic and functionality. Rebuilding temples is another area where Gilgamesh has experience... but it is not something he is accustomed to doing with his own hands. More like, overseeing. ]
These crafted-together mongrels do seem quite the useful elements.

[ But such automations are rather fascinating. Of course, there might be prototypes for more ancient forms of this technology within his vault. And there were parallels: Spiritron technology, Greek gods with AI/mechanical affiliations... the possibilities were innumerable, yet, for Gilgamesh, his primary experience with artificial humans or created beings has been of a more organic variety thereof. His Friend -- or, more wretchedly -- the Lahmu, the "new humanity," homunculi and the like... these other are fascinating to his imagination as one who appreciates technological advancements from the perspective of a treasure collector, however.
The King of Heroes also can be encountered in the training ground (perusing futuristic weapons for his treasury, naturally) or in the library (looking for his Epic... among other things). Priorities, of course! ]
