I'm a little used to that. Where I come from, we don't always know when a Devil is going to attack. Some are easier to notice in advance than others.

I agree though, we could mobilize better. Though I imagine LILITH being global is part of the problem. And yes, less cultists would be preferable. No offense, of course.
